Goodbye Summer
To celebrate Labor Day Jackson and I went bow hunting.... not really. But we did practise shooting a bow and arrow and we did catch a fish. We camped by some friends that go hunting every year. I've never seen anything like it. The trailers, the crowds, the parties and the deer hanging up in the tree. It was quite a site. And not to metion cold. This was the weekend we said goodbye to summer.

look at you guys in your hoodies. i almost envy you. its 106 today! just looking at a hoodie makes me hot.
They made me do it, Becky. you would die, Krystal. It practically snowed on labor day. And now it's all cold and feels like fall.
Jack and Rosie went up the hill to fetch a fish or two. And they did not even fall down, one bit. Then they took a bike ride, hunted wil life and came home so that they could ready for their next adventure. Thanks kids, for sharing your life stories with us, too fun. Love, Jack and Babs
Living your adventures secondhand is fun for us, too. We don't have to sleep out in the cold, but can peek in from the comfort of our living room.
Music adds a lot, too. For us oldsters, it's good to be able to print off the words and sing along.

I think we have taken more pictures since we started this thing, then we have ever since we have known each other. It is kinda fun!

I like what Babs' said about Jack and Rosy went up the hill, but I was thinking more like Jack and Rosy sitting in a tree H-U-N-T-I-N-G. How cool are you two!
I'll send you a picture I took of the thermometer on my van...registering the outside temperature of 1.0.9.!!!!!! I'm sorry, but when you get out of the shower and the stuff running off your face by the time you get dressed is sweat, it is too hot! Usually the temperatures get more "aguantable" here around Halloween... We should combine our two temperatures and have the perfect fall! LOL.

I can't believe California is still so hot. It is sounding worse than phoenix.
